Ke Li 

Dr Li Ke received his MSc.degree in Radio Frequency Communications Engineering and Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton U.K, in 2005 and 2010, respectively. He has eleven years (17chips) silicon-proven experience in fully customized analog and microwave signals (>56Gb/s) CMOS IC design down to 28nm by using various industry-standard processes.
