Dr Sijing Liang 

Sijing Liang obtained her B.Eng. degree in optics from Zhejiang University in 2014 and PhD degree in optoelectronics from the Optoelectronics Research Centre (ORC) of University of Southampton in 2019. She studied high-power short-pulse Thulium doped fibre lasers and relevant applications during her PhD. She is currently a research fellow at the ORC and her research interest includes broadband amplifiers, two-micron fibre lasers and supercontinuum generation.
