Dr Fedia Ben Slimen 

Dr Fedia Ben Slimen received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Angers, France, in 2016. In 2017, she joined the Optoelectronics Research Centre, Southampton, U.K., where she is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Compound glass and fibers group. Her current research interests include the fabrication and characterization of novel glass material and their associated optical fibers for Mid-IR lasers and amplifiers.
